Our vegetables are grown in the south eastern coastal region of Sicily, an area known as Ibleo. The soil and weather conditions, water salinity and soil type in the region give the vegetables their unique flavour, an essential factor when choosing vegetables.

So our products remain authentic and beneficial to health, we subject them to a range of pesticide residue checks, to ensure they conform with the existing EEC regulations.

The main categories of vegetable we trade in are tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, cucumbers, peppers and artichokes. All grown by loyal producers.

Our vegetable processing involves hand selection by expert staff, who undergo in-house training to ensure they respect quality and commercial standards imposed by our clients. Staff also respect I.C.E (Italian Foreign Commerce Institute)standards.

We have 2 processing lines for the hand selection of vegetables, a specialised packaging machine, a flow-pack and scales to meet the requirements of our clients.

We pay particular attention to product flow, making a clear distinction between the different areas of the flow-sheet, to separate the entrance phase from processing, palletting, and the specified temperature period during dispatch, to avoid any accidental contamination
